A stock bumper is built for pedestrian safety regulations, not trail impacts, it's the first thing that gets replaced on a serious build. We fabricate custom bumpers designed around your winch, lighting, and recovery point layout, built from plate steel thick enough to actually take a hit.
Rock sliders get the same treatment; full-length protection welded directly to the frame, not just bolted to sheet metal, so they can actually take your vehicle's weight when you're using them the way they're meant to be used. A lot of off-road fabrication depends on parts that a welder alone can't produce, wheel spacers, hub adapters, bushings, and custom mounting hardware that has to hold a tight tolerance to fit correctly and stay true under load. Our in-house machining services handle that side of the build: boring, threading, and turning parts to the exact spec your application needs.
Having fabrication and machining under one roof matters here. A rack or bracket often needs both, a welded structure and a precisely machined mounting point, and building both in the same shop means everything gets fit-checked together instead of being assembled from parts made in two different places.
